This card works fine on 98 and does function on Win2k, yet was not easily installed on Win2k. It is not compatible with dialpad.com through a cable modem, I receive a stop error when attempting to place a call.

While this card generally works well, the Dialpad application (www.dialpad.com) and some other Web sites will reliably cause the drivers to crash, bringing down the whole system with a blue screen. Others have reported the same problem with the card under Win2000.
